Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to honestbee. honestbee offers this website, including, without any limitation, mobile applications, web applications and any related services including notifications, electronic mails (collectively, the "Services") and any information, data, or other content or materials appearing or otherwise made accessible on or through the Services (collectively, the "Content") from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein.

    2. By visiting our Site, registering an account with us, providing us with your details which includes but not limited to email address, purchasing something from us and/or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

    3. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation and definitions of the Terms.

    4. The previous Terms of use have been amended as of 20th February 2017, and this document is effective as of 20th February 2017 for current users of the Site. These Terms of Use are effectively immediately and deemed accepted upon your use of the Site.

    5. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using our Site, as you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use upon doing so. These terms govern your access to and use of the Services of honestbee. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access and/or use the Site, Services and/or Content. If these Terms of Use are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Use.

    6. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Use. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Use at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and/or changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use regularly for changes. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not access or use our Site, Services and/or Content. Your continued use of or access to our Site, Services and/or Content following the posting of any amended Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those Terms of Use.

    7. Our Services are hosted on Amazon Web Services. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and provide the Services to you. You consent to having your personal information, including the content and data generated by and as a result of your use (the “User Content”), transferred or processed by Amazon Web services. You also acknowledge that your purchase of, access to, and use of the Services and the Content may be subject to local and international laws applicable to Amazon Web Services, and it shall be your sole responsibility to ensure that you purchase, access or use the Services and the Content only in compliance with such applicable laws.

    8. We do not warrant that the materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Singapore. Accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. honestbee disclaims all liability resulting therefrom.

  2. General Conditions

    1. You represent and warrant that if you are registering for the Services as an individual, you are at least 13 years old, and if you are 18 years old or older, that you are fully capable and competent to enter into and to comply with these Terms, or if you are between 13 and 18 years old, that you have permission of a legal parent or guardian who has agreed to assume fully your obligations under these Terms as if such obligations are owed by the said parent or guardian. If you are registering for the Services for and on behalf on an entity that is not a natural person, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and bind the entity to these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity and to change our eligibility criteria at any time. You may not create or use any account with us for any person or entity other than yourself except if you are authorized to do so for and on behalf of such person or entity.

    2. Your access and use of the Services shall be at your own discretion and risk, and you shall be solely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your Account, as defined below, including your username and password and all activities in connection with or that occur on or through your Account, as defined below.

    3. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

    4. While using the Site, you must not transmit including but not limited to, any worms, viruses and/or any code of a destructive nature.

    5. A breach or violation of any of the Terms of Use will result in an immediate termination of the Services without further reference to you. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service to anyone for any or for no reason at any time.

    6. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Please note that credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

  3. Delivery areas

    1. As our Services continue to expand in Singapore, there may be times when some areas will not be covered by our Services.

    2. To determine if your area is covered by our honestbee Services, please enter your postal code in the "Shop from the nearest stores by entering your postal code" section on our main Site.

  4. Accuracy, Completeness And Timelines Of Information

    1. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information on this Site, complete or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

    2. This Site may contain certain historical information provided for your reference only and may not be current and up-to-date. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. You acknowledge and understand that it is your responsibility to monitor any changes to our Site.

  5. Modifications To The Provision Of Services And Prices

    1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time to modify the prices of our products without further notice to you.

    2. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without further notice to you.

    3. We disclaim all liability to you or to any third-party for any changes to the Services, including but limited to modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

  6. Account Information

    1. To access certain parts of the Site, Services and/or Content, you will be required to register for an account with honestbee ("Account"). In so doing, you will be required to input your e-mail ("Login ID") and password ("Password").

    2. It is your responsibility to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of your Login ID and Password. You agree and undertake to:

      1. You are solely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your Login ID and Password. You agree not to:

      2. share or permit others to use your Account or Password; or

      3. assign or transfer your Account to any other person or entity.

    3. You shall be bound by and responsible for all communications and online activity transmitted or conducted through the use of your Account.

    4. We have no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, or liabilities arising as a result of or in connection with the wrongful or fraudulent use of your Account. If you are aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account, loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your Password, please notify us immediately at: concierge@honestbee.sg.

    5. You acknowledge and agree that each household or delivery address may only register one (1) Account. Multiple Account(s) registering the same delivery address may be permitted at our sole discretion.

    6. Please provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for your Account. You may at any time change or update your Account information by updating your information under My Account.

    7. Where a delivery address is associated with multiple Account(s) without our written authorization, or fraudulent or wrongful use of an Account is detected or suspected, we reserve the right at our sole discretion, without liability, and without prejudice to our other rights and remedies under this Agreement or at law, to immediately:

      1. cancel any orders placed through such Account(s);

      2. cancel or invalidate any credits or discount vouchers, rewards or codes awarded to or used by such Account(s);

      3. prohibit such Account(s) or persons from participating in any promotions, contests or surveys of honestbee; and/or

      4. merge, suspend and/or terminate such Account(s).

  7. Intellectual Property and Limitations On Use

    1. All rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including all Content pursuant to the Services remains and/or shall be the copyright or intellectual property of either honestbee or third parties providing the data ("Data Providers") (as the case may be).

    2. You may not use the Site, Services, including all Content, for publication, distribution, transmission, retransmission, redistribution, broadcast, reproduction or circulation to anyone else unless with our express written consent.

    3. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the Service and/or Site unless our express written consent is granted.

    4. We hereby grant you a personal, limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license (without the right to sub-licence) to use the Site, Services and Content for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services in a manner prescribed by these Terms. Such license is subject to these Terms and does not include the distribution of any Content, modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Site, Services and/or the Content (or any part thereof), the use of any scraping, data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods, downloading (other than page caching) any part of the Site, Services, Content or information contained therein except as expressly permitted on the Services, and any use of the Site, Services or Content other than for their intended purposes.

  8. Disclaimer Of Warranties; Limitation Of Liability

    1. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Site, Services and/or Content will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

    2. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of our Site, Services and/or Content will be accurate or reliable.

    3. You agree that from time to time we may remove our Site, Services and/or Content for indefinite periods of time or cancel our Site, Services and/or Content at any time, without notice to you.

    4. You agree that your use of, or inability to use, our Site, Services and/or Content is at your own risk. Our Site, Services and/or Content and all products and services delivered to you through our Site, Services and/or Content are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall honestbee, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall only be limited to the extent permitted by law.

    1. We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we do not monitor or have any control over whatsoever.

    2. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We are not liable for, including but not limited to, any loss and/or damage suffered by you whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

    3. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

    4. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Site (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

    2. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please ensure that you review the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.

    3. Any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

      2. pay compensation for any comments; or

      3. respond to any comments.

    3. We may, but are under no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

By sending and/or posting your comments, you agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.

    5. You agree to not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

    1. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

    2. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  14. Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

    1. Occasionally there may be information on our Site, in the Services and/or Content that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

    2. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Site, Services, Content or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice to you.

    3. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Site, Services, Content or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Site, Services, Content or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Site, Services, Content or on any related website has been modified or updated.

  15. Prohibited Uses

    1. In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using the Site, Services or Content:

      1. for any unlawful purpose;

      2. to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

      3. to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

      4. to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

      5. to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;

      6. to submit false or misleading information;

      7. to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;

      8. to collect or track the personal information of others;

      9. to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;

      10. for any obscene or immoral purpose; or

      11. to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

  16. Indemnification

    1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless honestbee and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

  17. Severability

    1. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Use, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

  18. Termination

    1. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

    2. These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by us.

    3. Your sole and exclusive right and remedy against us in the case of dissatisfaction with the Services or any other grievance shall be your termination and discontinuation of access to or use of the Services or by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services.

    4. If we are of the opinion that you have failed, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice to you and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

  19. Promotion

    1. Vouchers as released by honestbee are valid only on the Site or mobile application.

    2. In order to use the vouchers, voucher codes must be entered at the checkout page. If you do not do so, we are unable to apply the voucher to your purchase.

    3. Vouchers codes are to be used for a one time purchase only.

    4. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders, or revoke the use of voucher codes, where the vouchers are used in the following circumstances:

      1. suspicious or fraudulent voucher use;

      2. voucher abuse, including vouchers redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and/ or

      3. vouchers used in bad faith (including resold vouchers, or use of vouchers on orders made and intended for resale).

    5. Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher codes (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those vouchers in addition to these terms.

    6. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. honestbee reserves the right to change these terms or cancel any promotions at any time without notice.

  20. Entire Agreement

    1. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

    2. These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use).

  21. Governing Law

    1. These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

  22. Changes to Term of Use

    1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check our Site periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Site or our Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  1. Groceries / Health / Home & Auto

    1. Introduction

      1. honestbee GROCERIES is an e-commerce platform that allows users to purchase goods including but not limited to groceries from the various partner merchants (the “Partner Merchants”) and delivered to you by deliverers sourced by honestbee (the “Deliverers”).

    2. Orders

      1. All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected product(s) and quantities set out in your order upon these Terms of Use, AND shall be subject to acceptance by honestbee. Processing of payment for an order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the order by honestbee, save that where an order for any product(s) is rejected or cancelled by honestbee, any payment made for such order shall be reversed or refunded by honestbee in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time.

      2. All orders made by you are subject to stock availability. honestbee reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.

      3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Processing of payment for an order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

      4. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

    3. Product Information, Pricing and Payment

      1. honestbee endeavors to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing, product and promotional information. However, we do not guarantee that the pricing, images or other product or promotional information provided will be error-free, updated or complete. honestbee shall not be liable for any errors in the pricing and product or promotional information listed on our Site or through our Services.

      2. The price to be paid by you shall be based on the prices listed on the Site save where the actual price of any product is dependent on its weight ("Weighed Item"). If you purchase a Weighed Item, we will provide an estimate of the price based on indicated weight and our current prevailing rates at the time of checkout. The actual weight and related price of the Weighed Item will be made known to you at the time of delivery and:-

        1. in the event of any shortfall in payment, we reserve the right to charge you for the additional amounts; and

        2. in the event of any overpayment, we will reverse or refund the excess amounts paid for such item in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at the time of delivery.

      3. All product prices are shown in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. Prices of products may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time without notice.

      4. Payment for all orders shall be made in Singapore dollars. We accept payment for orders by MasterCard, Visa and Amex.

      5. By placing your order, you authorize us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time and this may include verification checks involving your debit or credit card number or credit reports in order to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization, to protect you and us from fraud, and to enable us to arrange delivery of your order to your nominated delivery address.

      6. In respect of Fresh by honestbee within honestbee GROCERIES, in the event that you are able to, within 48 hours of your purchase from Fresh by honestbee, reasonably prove with sufficient evidence (and honestbee reserves the right to first authenticate such proof) that the price of any product purchased therefrom is lower than the regular retail price of the Identical product sold in the identical form (including the unit basis of such products, brand, make, model, size, colour, version, packaging, and quantity) available for immediate purchase and delivery in Singapore on a retail basis on a directly competing online groceries retail platform (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include products sold on a consumer-to-consumer basis), you shall be entitled to an amount of 5 times the difference in such price credited to you in such manner and form as may be determined by honestbee (whether by way of Fresh by honestbee store credits, vouchers or otherwise) and subject to a limit of S$200 per calendar year on a pro-rated basis where applicable. Provided always that this clause shall not apply to any instance of fraud, cheating and/or misconduct as may be reasonably determined by honestbee, and this clause shall also not apply in the event of any pricing error, typographical error or other similar error. For the purpose of this clause, a comparison retail price shall exclude any prices which are special, not generally available on an ongoing basis and/or available to the general public, including but not limited to promotional prices, wholesale prices, membership prices, and discounted prices whether negotiated or otherwise.

    4. Products

      1. We have made every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

      2. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

      3. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer.

      4. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

      5. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue any product at any time.

      6. Any offer for any product or Services made on this Site is void when it is prohibited by law.

      7. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.

      8. If the delivery includes alcoholic drinks or any other age-restricted items, you agree to ensure that a person of 18 years of age or older with appropriate identification is present to take delivery of the alcoholic drinks or other items. honestbee reserves the right not to deliver any age-restricted product to anyone who is, or appears to be under, the age of 18 years old, and to charge the customer an additional re-delivery fee of S$15.00.

      9. Any alcohol listings on the Site are intended for those who are 18 years or above, and may only be purchased by those who are 18 years and above.

      10. In respect of Fresh by honestbee, in the event that you are able to, within 48 hours of delivery of the products purchased by you from Fresh by honestbee, reasonably prove with photographic evidence that the absence of freshness of any fresh products purchased by you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the value of the relevant product. Provided always that this clause shall not apply to any absence of freshness caused by your own actions or any instance of fraud, cheating and/or misconduct, as may be reasonably determined by honestbee.

      11. In respect of all claims relating to Fresh by honestbee products, all of honestbee’s decisions shall be final and binding, including determining whether a claimant or claim is eligible under these Terms, the legibility of photographs and submissions, pricing errors, comparison retail prices, time and date cutoffs and claim and compensation amounts.

    5. Cancellation and Refunds

      1. As the products that you decide to purchase by the Service are from the respective Partner Merchants, you acknowledge and recognise that the policies we adopt in relation to rescheduling and cancellation will differ depending on the Partner Merchants as per below:-

      2. From time to time, some or all of the items that you purchase may be out of stock. In such a situation, you can either:-

        1. select a substitute through our Website or App, where your concierge shopper would make the substitution with no reference to you; or

        2. let your concierge shopper suggest a substitute to you while shopping. If we are unable to obtain your approval to the substitute, no such substitute will be made for you.

      3. If any of the items that you have ordered on our Website or App are out of stock or missing, you agree that you are still responsible for and will make payment for the remaining item(s) ordered by you (if any, as the case may be).

    6. Our liability

      1. To the extent permitted by law, we provide our Service and content on an "as-is" and "as available" basis and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of our Service, or that it will be timely or error-free or that defects will be corrected.

      2. Subject as provided below, neither honestbee nor any Partner Merchant shall have any liability to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising from your use of or your inability to use our Service. In the event honestbee or the Partner Merchant is found to be liable to you our total aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price you have paid for in your order.

  2. Laundry

    1. Overview

      1. honestbee LAUNDRY is a delivery platform that allows users to get their articles of clothing, covers, and other related items (the “Articles”) laundered and dry cleaned by our partners.

    2. Orders

      1. All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the Services (such as the number of articles to be laundered and dry cleaned) as set out in your order upon these Terms of Use, AND shall be subject to acceptance by honestbee. Processing of payment for an order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the order by honestbee, save that where an order for any product(s) is rejected or cancelled by honestbee, any payment made for such order shall be reversed or refunded by honestbee in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time.

      2. By using the App and signing the order confirmation invoice at pickup, you are agreeing that you are aware of and have declared any defects in the articles you are handing over and that the article count reflected in the invoice is accurate.

    3. Pickup and Delivery

      1. A one-time concierge fee of $3.99 will apply for each order.

      2. If your articles are not collected after thirty (30) days from your allocated delivery time-slot, we reserve the right to donate the articles to a charity of our choice.

      3. We want to adhere to our promise of providing valuable and timely service to all our customers. Any changes to pickup and delivery time-slots have to be sent to concierge@honestbee.sg at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. By choosing a time-slot on our app, you agree to pay $10 for any cancellations or no-show at the time of delivery.

      4. Your written consent is required if you would like delivery of your articles to be given to a third party. In such an event, you agree to indemnify and hold honestbee harmless from any loss or damages to your articles.

    4. Handover of articles:

      1. It is your responsibility to ensure that personal and loose accessories are removed from the articles that are handed over to us. Pockets of your garments should be emptied prior to hand over.

      2. Should our partners discover such item, you agree that they are under no obligation to return these items to you. Our partners can, in their discretion, remove and dispose of these items, or handle these articles in any such manner as they deem fit.

      3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the articles that you send to us are safe to be laundered altogether. Should there be any damages to the articles, compensation to you (if any) will be done in accordance with the compensation policy below.

    5. Cleaning:

      1. Unless given specific instructions by the customer, articles will be cleaned according to their care label instructions. It is your responsibility to inform us in writing of any such specific instructions.

      2. Our partners reserve the right to exercise their discretion when cleaning your articles. Please note that cleaning certain articles of clothing such as leather, fur or suede clothing have its intricacies. We assume no responsibility for inherent weakness or defects in material that are not visibly apparent prior to cleaning.

    6. Stains:

      1. Our partners will endeavour that any stain(s) on your article(s) be removed before they are returned to you. In this regard, our partners reserve the right to retain their discretion and do what they believe is in your best interests to remove the stain.

      2. You acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee from us or our partners that your stains can be removed.

      3. You further confirm your understanding that even if the stain(s) on your article(s) are not removed completely or at all, you will still have to pay the cleaning charges for the articles.

    7. Inventory

      1. We reserve the right to keep records of your garments and retain, store, display or reproduce such records which may include images or photographs, and associate such records with your name or other profile information for commercially reasonable periods for archival, inventory purposes, quality control, loss prevention, and or data collection.

    8. Limitation of liability:

      1. Please check and confirm the number of the articles at the time of delivery. All claims/incidents are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and should be reported to concierge@honestbee.sg within 24 hours after the returning of your articles.

    9. Compensation policy:

      1. As mentioned above and for the avoidance of doubt:-

        1. We assume no responsibility for inherent weakness or defects in material that are not visibly apparent prior to cleaning.

        2. We assume no responsibility for damage caused to your articles as a result of your instructions for any third party to receive said delivery.

        3. We assume no responsibility for any pre-existing defects to your articles before the articles were handed over to us.

      2. In the event that your articles are damaged as a result of negligence by us or our partners, our liability (relating only to lost and damaged articles) is limited to 10 times the rate charged by us, up to a limit of $200. For premium dry clean items, liability is limited to the full value of the item, up to $500 per item and $1000 per order.

      3. We will not be responsible for any kind of damage caused by Load Wash & Fold (including but not limited to colour runs, tears, or missing articles).

  3. Food

    1. Overview

      1. honestbee FOOD is a delivery platform that allows users to purchase meals, food items, beverages, and other related products (“Meals”) from their merchants of choice, where the food is prepared by independent restaurants (our "Partner Restaurants") and delivered by deliverers sourced by honestbee (the “Deliverers”).

      2. The purpose of our Service is to provide a simple and convenient service to you, linking you to the Partner Restaurant and menu of their choice and allowing you to order Meals from them. We market Meals on behalf of our Partner Restaurants, conclude orders on their behalf and source for Deliverers to deliver the Meals to you.

    2. Platform

      1. honestbee FOOD can only be accessed by you via the honestbee mobile application (the “App”). All orders, payments, and all actions related to the foregoing can only be accessed via the App.

    3. Orders

      1. When you place an order through our Service, you will receive a notification from the App (an “App Notification”) thanking you for your order and confirming your order has been received and accepted by the Partner Restaurant (the “Confirmation App Notification”) will be sent to you by us on behalf of the Partner Restaurant.

      2. The contract for the supply of any Meal you order through us will be between you and the Partner Restaurant and will only be formed when you have been sent the Confirmation App Notification by us.

      3. Upon your receipt of the Confirmation App Notification, the vendor would have commenced preparation of the Meal (your “Started Order”).

      4. Please ensure that you have given us a correct email address as this is how we will communicate with you about your order.

    4. Delivery

      1. Please also ensure that you provide an accurate address and telephone number to ensure that your Meals arrive to the correct location. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address that you have provided in the App is accurate.

      2. If you do not open the door or respond to telephonic correspondence within 10 minutes of our delivery drivers physically reaching your address, we reserve the right to leave the premises, and you will be charged for the Meal. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to leave the Meal at your designated address without someone collecting the Meal.

      3. honestbee seeks to provide a quality service and will be the first contact in event in there is a problem with your Meal either in regards to food quality and/or temperature. We do monitor our Partner Restaurants very closely and it is of utmost importance to us that they comply with our standards and help us to maintain our reputation.

    5. Meals

      1. You recognise that all Meals are subject to availability. Your Partner Restaurant may offer an alternative for any Meal it cannot provide you with.

      2. Our Partner Restaurants may use nuts in the preparation of certain Meals. Please call our Partner Restaurant prior to ordering if you have an allergy. We make no guarantee that any of the Meals sold by our Partner Restaurants are free of allergens.

    6. Sale of Alcohol

      1. Any alcohol listings on the Site are intended for those who are 18 years or above, and may only be purchased by those who are 18 years and above.

      2. If the Meal includes alcoholic drinks or any other age-restricted items, you agree to ensure that a person of 18 years of age or older with appropriate identification is present to take delivery of the alcoholic drinks or other items.

      3. We reserve the right not to deliver any age-restricted product to anyone who is, or appears to be under, or is unable to prove that he or she is aged 18 or over. In such a situation, we reserve the right to withhold the Meal or the age-restricted product from you (as the case may be), and to still charge you for the full purchase price of your Meal.

    7. Availability and Delivery

      1. Our aim is to provide the best delivery service possible. Unfortunately, things such as traffic conditions and weather do not always go to plan. Such factors may occasionally prevent us from achieving our targets in this regard. We will do our best to ensure that your Meal is delivered by the time specified in the App. The timing of your order is determined by amongst other things, the number of orders and the circumstances being faced by the Partner Restaurant at that time.

    8. Cancellation

      1. You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time and before the order becomes a Started Order, upon which you would be unable to do so. Any order cancelled after it becomes a Started Order will be charged to you.

      2. honestbee and the Partner Restaurant may cancel any order and will tell you once we cancel an order. You will not be charged for any orders cancelled in accordance with this clause. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by honestbee or a Partner Restaurant will usually be reimbursed using the same method you used to pay for your order.

      3. You acknowledge and agree that honestbee alone will determine whether an order is a Started Order or not.

    9. Price And Payment

      1. The price of any Meals will be listed on our App. Prices include GST. Prices will vary between menus. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the Confirmation Email, save in the case of an obvious pricing mistake, whereby we will notify you as soon as we can about the pricing issue. Upon such notification, you may be allowed to cancel your order.

      2. Despite our best efforts, some of the Meals listed on our Service may be incorrectly priced. The relevant Partner Restaurant will normally verify prices as part of the order process. Payment for all Meals can be made by credit or debit card through our Service. Once your order has been confirmed your credit or debit card will have been authorised and the amount marked for payment. Payment is made directly to honestbee and is subsequently passed on by honestbee to the Partner Restaurant. We are authorised by our Partner Restaurants to accept payment on their behalf and payment of the price of any Meals to us will discharge your obligations to pay such price to the Partner Restaurant.

    10. Our Liability

      1. To the extent permitted by law, we provide our Service and content on an "as-is" and "as available" basis and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of our Service, or that it will be timely or error-free or that defects will be corrected.

      2. Subject as provided below, neither honestbee nor any Partner Restaurant shall have any liability to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising from your use of or your inability to use our Service. In the event honestbee or the Partner Restaurant is found to be liable to you our total aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the Meals you have paid for in your order.

  4. Tickets

    1. honestbee TICKETS is a ticket ordering platform that allows users to purchase tickets for events, reservations, bookings, admissions to various venues and other related products (“Tickets”) from their merchants and/or organisors of choice (the "Operators").

    2. The purpose of our Service is to provide a simple and convenient service to you, linking you to the Operators and their corresponding events for you to enjoy. The Operator, not honestbee, is the offeror of the Tickets, and is solely responsible for the provision of accepting or rejecting any Voucher you purchase, as related to all such Services.

    3. Purchase and Use of the Vouchers

      1. Through the Site, you may purchase Tickets offered by the Operators in the various destinations. Subject to the policy of the relevant Operator, you may receive an email confirmation of your purchase that will contain a Voucher confirmation number (“Confirmation Number”) and a printable version of your Voucher.

      2. To use the Tickets, you must appear in person at the meeting point designated by the relevant Operator on such time allowed by the Tickets, and present such documents and/or information as may be required by the Operator, that may include your Confirmation Number and/or your printed Voucher. If you fail to appear on time or to provide the required documents or information, you accept that you are in breach of this agreement and accordingly that you are not entitled to any compensation and/or refund of the Tickets.

      3. An Operator may also require you to provide an identification document bearing your photo in order for you to use the Ticket. Neither honestbee nor the Operator is responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen Ticket. Tickets will be void if the relevant Services to be provided are prohibited by law. If you attempt to use a Ticket in an unlawful manner (e.g., you attempt to use a Ticket for wine tasting when you are under the legal age to do so), the respective Operator may refuse to accept your Ticket. In such a situation, you accept that you are not entitled to any compensation and/or refund of the Tickets.

      4. Some venues may have restrictions on unaccompanied children or adults. The holder of Ticket (s) is strictly responsible to be aware of the terms and conditions before purchasing the Tickets. Holding inappropriate Tickets may result in the purchaser of the Tickets being unable to enter venues handled by Operators.

    4. Terms of the Vouchers

      1. The terms of use for each Ticket may vary amongst Operators and any restrictions that apply to the use of such Voucher, including but not limited to a minimum age requirement, will be conveyed to you at the time of purchase on the Site. These restrictions are expressly incorporated into this agreement.

      2. There are Tickets on the Site which state the date(s) on which the Tickets can be used. If you purchase these Tickets, and do not use your Tickets on or by the date(s) noted on such Tickets (as the case may be), no refunds will be granted except as expressly set forth therein.

    5. Cancellation of Tickets

      1. Cancellation of Tickets are strictly not allowed.

    6. Required Assistance

      1. If you attempt to use a Ticket in accordance with this Terms of Use and you are unable to do so (due to the fault of the Operator or otherwise), please contact honestbee at support@honestbee.com, and honestbee will try to liaise with the Operator for an appropriate remedy.

    7. Additional Charges

      1. honestbee reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any Services offered by honestbee. You shall pay all applicable fees or charges, as described on this App in connection with such Services selected by you.

    8. Modifications to Charges

      1. honestbee reserves the right to change its price list for fees or charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent to you by email or posted on this App. Your use, or continued use, of the Services offered by honestbee following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges.

    9. honestbee’s Rights and Obligations

      1. honestbee reserves the right to deny and cancel bookings or purchases of any Tickets that are deemed in violation of this policy. Such a determination is at honestbee’s sole discretion.

      2. honestbee intends to offer or procure the Operators to offer the Services to you at the best price available on the market. You acknowledge and agree that all taxes and additional fees for particular Services that may be payable for using the Services are expressly excluded in determining the best price.

      3. Whilst the Operators are required to provide honestbee with accurate and updated prices of the Services on this App, honestbee cannot guarantee that all prices for the Services provided by the Operators are accurate and updated at all times.

  5. Rewards

    1. Overview

      1. honestbee Rewards is a loyalty rewards program (the "Program"), operated by honestbee and made available via our Site and App. These terms and conditions (the "Program Terms") apply to your access and use of the Services and by accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as may be amended and/or varied from time to time at the sole discretion of honestbee.

    2. Eligibility and Applicability

      1. As an Account holder and a user of the Services, you are automatically eligible to participate in the Program, and to gain access to certain e-vouchers, promotions, discounts, free gifts, promotion codes and other benefits offered by the Company and/or third-party merchants as shown on the rewards catalogue that is made available from time to time in the Site and/or App (“Rewards”).

      2. The Program is intended for use only by Account holders who are natural persons residing in Singapore, and for exclusive use on the domains in Singapore. The Program may allow you to earn and enjoy benefits based on purchases you make via the use of the Services and/or through marketing campaigns.

      3. The Program may provide you with benefits from third party partners of honestbee (“Partners”), which you may choose to use from time to time in accordance with these Program Terms.

      4. You will also automatically cease to be eligible to participate in the Program if you cease to be an Account holder.

      5. Upon your cessation as a participant in the Program for any reason, all then outstanding Coins (defined below) at such point of time shall be automatically cancelled and can no longer be redeemed. We have no obligation whatsoever to allow the accumulation, reinstatement and/or carry over of Coins even if you subsequently reinstate your participation.

      6. We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to impose the forfeiture of accumulated Coins as well as cancellation of your Account and/or participation in the Program in the case of any suspected or actual fraud or abuse of the Program, including redemptions of Rewards.

    3. Variations and Termination

      1. We reserve the right to modify the Program Terms and/or suspend the Program without giving Account holders prior notice. Account holders are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes that we have made. Account holders will not receive any compensation from us in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Your use, or continued use, of the Services offered by honestbee following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges.

      2. We reserve the right to:

        1. permanently disable or suspend the Program and/or any Program benefits, in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the relevant Account holder and/or by the Account holder’s inappropriate use of the Program (including but not limited to the use of Program benefits for business or resale purposes, or usage by unapproved Account holders);

        2. terminate the Program for any reason whatsoever by informing Account holders and/or via notification(s) on our Site and/or App. In such an event, Account holders will be given a period of one year to use up his/her Coins, and upon the expiry of the said period of one year, any balance in Coins and benefits unused will be forfeited and invalidated; and

        3. claw back and/or fully charge the Account holder for the full amount of any Program benefits utilized through fraudulently generated accounts or usage otherwise in violation of the Terms of Use (including these Program Terms), or any applicable partnership terms of our Partners as notified to Account holders from time to time.

      3. In the case of a termination and/or suspension of a specific Account, we will not be liable to the Account holder for any unused Coins or other Program benefits.

      4. We shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure, or disruption in accessing the Services or the Program, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.

    4. Program Terms

      1. We may, at our sole discretion, award you coins (“Coins”) which can be redeemed for Rewards in accordance with any prevailing validity periods, tiered Rewards structures and Rewards offerings from time to time.

      2. All redemptions of Rewards shall be subject to your full compliance with the Program Terms.

      3. Your redemption of a Reward may be subject to additional terms and conditions from us and/or the relevant Partner, and you agree to comply with such additional terms and conditions in your redemption and ultilization of the Reward.

      4. Unless otherwise stated, Rewards are not redeemable for cash nor are they exchangeable for other Rewards under any circumstances. They cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred for value under any circumstances. Rewards shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances.

      5. Coins that you have successfully redeemed for a Reward cannot be exchangeable for another Reward under any circumstances. No requests for exchange of Rewards will be entertained.

      6. We may at our sole and absolute discretion reject your request to redeem Coins for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, where there are insufficient Coins to redeem for the particular Reward, or where the Reward is no longer made available or out-of-stock by the relevant Partner, or where the Coins you wish to use for redemption of Rewards have been issued to you in error.

      7. We may, at our sole discretion, amend the rate and/or calculation basis of Coins to be awarded for each selected transaction, validity periods, tiered Rewards structures, Rewards offerings and/or redemption bases for Rewards, as may be promulgated by us (whether via the Site or the App) from time to time. In connection with your participation under the Program, you agree that we shall not be required at any time to provide any explanation pertaining to the calculation methods (for crediting the Coins) or other matters relating to the Coins and/or Rewards for any reason whatsoever.

      8. Please refer to https://help.honestbee.sg/ for further details on how Coins may be used under the Program (the “Further Program Details”) which shall be deemed incorporated into the Program Terms. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we have the sole discretion to vary, modify or amend the Further Program Details from time to time.

    5. General Provisions

      1. Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Program shall be final and binding on all Account holders.

      2. To the extent permitted under applicable law, we reserve the right to, without prior notice to you and at our sole discretion:

        1. vary, modify or amend the terms and conditions of the Program Terms and the Further Program Details (including adding or deleting any terms);

        2. terminate or modify the Program;

        3. revoke, adjust and/or recalculate any Coins awarded;

        4. change the number of Coins required for redemption of specific Rewards or substitute any Reward with another of a similar value;

        5. change the number and/or basis upon which Coins that can be earned;

        6. modify the qualifications and eligibility for earning Coins;

        7. modify the activities that earn Coins;

        8. modify the methods used to calculate the number of Coins to be awarded;

        9. withhold or cease the awarding of Coins to any Account holder;

        10. suspend the calculation and accrual of Coins to rectify any errors in calculation or adjust the calculation as we reasonably deem fit;

        11. modify the qualifying Coins or other criteria for any Program tier upgrades and/or renewals; and

        12. change or withdraw any benefits related to a particular Program tier.

      3. You shall be responsible for any applicable taxes, levies or duties that arise in connection with the issuance of Coins to you, your redemption and/or utilization of Rewards and all costs and expenses relating to the same shall be borne by you.

      4. In the event of any inconsistency between these Program Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material, information on Partner’s website relating to the Program, these Program Terms shall prevail.

      5. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform its obligation under the Terms of Use (including these Program Terms), due directly or indirectly to Force Majeure, the failure of any computers, machines or communication systems, industrial disputes, wars, Act of God, those events which could not be foreseen, or which, though foreseen, are inevitable, or anything outside our control.

      6. IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN OUR T&Cs, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES.   6. Goodship

    1. Suntec Concierge Delivery Services

      1. Service Information

        1. honestbee Pte. Ltd.’s (“honestbee”) logistics business (“honestbee Goodship”) provides, among other things, consumer-to-consumer last mile logistics solutions, including certain concierge and delivery services in Suntec City (“Suntec Concierge Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein (these “T&Cs”) and the Frequently Asked Questions on the Platform (the “FAQs”, and together with the T&Cs, these “Terms”).

        2. Users, being account holders of the honestbee online platform (“Users”) may access the Suntec Concierge Services within honestbee’s online platform (the “Platform”), and Users are able to engage honestbee to carry out the Suntec Concierge Services, in the following manner:

          1. The User first confirms and pays (rates shall be as quoted on the Platform, save in the case of manifest error) for the use of the Services via the Platform in accordance with the instructions and information on the Platform.

          2. Upon confirmation and payment, honestbee agrees to deliver the requested number of tote boxes to the User’s designated address on the same day or next day.

          3. The User is required to drop off the items intended for delivery by honestbee at one of the honestbee Suntec Concierge Services booths located within Suntec City and the User shall follow all instructions required for the packing of the Tote Boxes, including sealing of tote boxes.

          4. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services shall deliver the orders, contained within the tote box, to the address of the end recipient designated by the User on the specified delivery time slot selected (unless otherwise notified by honestbee Suntec Concierge service), within honestbee Suntec Concierge Services coverage areas in Singapore.

          5. The User may track the delivery via the tracking information displayed on the Platform.

          6. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services deliveries are usually made between 12 pm to 10 pm (next day) and 1 pm to 11 pm daily (same day), including Sundays and Public Holidays except Chinese New Year Day 1.

          7. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services currently does not include cash on delivery services.

          8. As our Services continue to expand in Singapore, there may be times when some areas will not be covered by our Services.

          9. To determine if your area is covered by our honestbee Services, please enter your postal code in the "Shop from the nearest stores by entering your postal code" section on our main Site.

      2. Failed, undeliverable and or rejected deliveries

        1. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, a second and final delivery attempt may be made at honestbee Suntec Concierge Services discretion at a charge of S$15, within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the order by honestbee Suntec Concierge Services (unless otherwise notified by honestbee). A “failed delivery attempt” is defined as a delivery attempt where the end recipient (or a person on behalf of the end recipient) is not present to or refuses to accept delivery of the orders.

        2. Undelivered order(s) after the second failed delivery attempts may be disposed after fourteen (14) days from the last delivery attempt at honestbee Suntec Concierge Services discretion, should the User fail to collect the order from honestbee Suntec Concierge Services delivery within the said period. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services may, at its sole discretion, and without notice and without liability to the User or any other party, (i) dispose of the order inside the tote box in any manner honestbee Suntec Concierge Services deems fit; or (ii) deliver the article back to the User.

        3. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services reserves the right to reject any order submitted by the User for any reason whatsoever.

        4. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services reserves its right to reject delivery, in the event that the address of the recipient is deemed incomplete, illegible, incorrect and/or cannot be located.

        5. Services to restricted areas including Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island, other areas listed in Table 2.1 and overseas deliveries, shall be at the absolute discretion of honestbee Suntec Concierge Services.

    3. Refunds and Cancellation

      1. Where cancellation of a delivery of an order is made by honestbee Suntec Concierge Services owing to service failures, honestbee Suntec Concierge Services will automatically provide a full refund of fees paid in respect of such cancelled deliveries, provided always that the final refund amount may be changed by honestbee Suntec Concierge Services on a case-by-case basis following a review of the circumstances. “Service failures” shall be defined as late deliveries by honestbee Suntec Concierge Services or unsuccessful deliveries caused solely by the fault of honestbee Suntec Concierge Services.

      2. Cancellation of a delivery by the User is not allowed, unless otherwise determined by honestbee Suntec Concierge Services on a case-by-case basis following a review of the circumstances. In this event, all refund requests shall be determined by honestbee Suntec Concierge Services at its absolute discretion.

      3. All refund requests (other than automatic refunds) should be addressed to honestbee Suntec Concierge Services Customer Service department via the Platform.

      4. Refunds will be made to the same source of payment used to make payment for the Services, and will, unless otherwise notified by honestbee, be made within 90 days from the date such refund is approved by honestbee Suntec Concierge Services.

    4. Requirements of Orders and Liability Coverage

      1. The User shall agree that:

        1. The Suntec Concierge Services shall not include the delivery of any perishable items, including but not limited to food and fresh goods, whether frozen or not.

        2. The provision of the Services to the User will not contravene safety and/or legal standards, including but not limited to when the order does not contain:

          1. explosives, firearms or other offensive weapons, flammable or hazardous materials, poisonous or infectious substances, blood or blood products (whether infectious or not), dangerous or undesirable goods and all items prohibited by the International Air Transport Association, the International Civil Aviation Organization or any relevant government authority or under any applicable law or regulation;

          2. human or animal remains, memorial tablets or any items for use in religious ceremonies;

          3. live animals;

          4. credit cards, debit cards or cash cards;

          5. currency, cheques, bills or any bearer form negotiable instruments;

          6. share certificates or other documents evidencing title to securities;

          7. personal documents issued by government authorities such as identification cards, passports, driver’s licences, birth certificates etc.;

          8. original copies of any record, drawing, document or electronic recording of which duplicates, or copies have not been made and kept by you;

          9. documents containing a substantial amount of confidential information;

          10. precious metals and stones; and/or

          11. illegal narcotics or drugs; and

        3. The value of the order (or its contents thereof) shall not exceed S$2,000, provided that honestbee may accept such orders at its absolute discretion.

        4. All fragile items will be delivered at User’s risk.

      2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, honestbee Suntec Concierge Services liability for any claim relating to the Services is capped at the lower of S$200 per order or the value of the lost/damaged order.

      3. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from or in connection with:

        1. The delivery of order(s) or article(s) that do not conform with these Terms.

        2. Any losses caused directly or indirectly by any breach by the User of these Terms.

        3. Items that need special transportation precaution.

        4. Inherent defect or natural deterioration of the Items during delivery.

        5. Circumstances beyond honestbee Suntec Concierge Services control, including without limitation any acts of God, acts of war, civil unrest, states of emergency, industrial disputes or unrest, material shortages or rationing, law or government regulations, accidents, traffic obstructions or congestion, mechanical breakdown, failures or interruptions in the supply of utilities or in respect of any telecommunication or information system, other events of force majeure.

    5. Claims

      1. Claims for damage to the Item(s) inside a order must be made within three (3) working days from the actual date of delivery, failing which honestbee shall have no liability whatsoever.

      2. Any claims for loss of an order must be made within three (3) days from the last possible delivery date, failing which honestbee Concierge service shall have no liability whatsoever.

      3. All claims must be submitted via email to concierge@honestbee.sg, accompanied by the relevant Tracking number and any other supporting documents requested by honestbee (e.g. picture of the items and/or the order before and after delivery).

      4. Claims are limited to one claim per order, settlement of which shall be full and final settlement for all loss or damage in connection therewith.

      5. No claims can be made for fragile items.

    6. Accuracy, Completeness and Timelines of Information

      1. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services is not responsible for the accuracy of third party information on this Site, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

      2. This Site may contain certain historical information provided for your reference only and may not be current and up-to-date. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time, but we have no obligation to notify you of any updates to any information on our Site. You acknowledge and understand that it is your responsibility to monitor any changes to our Site.

    7. Disclosure of Information

      1. We, honestbee Suntec Concierge Services, will only share your Personal Data with parties with whom we have a contractual or other relationship (unless otherwise agreed by you) including but not limited to, third parties that require such information as is reasonably necessary for the Purposes. Such third parties may include the service providers, contractors, consultant, agents and/or representatives who provide services to the Company in connection with the business and/or operation.

      2. The parties with whom we share your Personal Data will be under reasonable confidentiality terms not to use your personally identifiable information for any purpose not specified in this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not control and shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the collection, use and protection of your Personal Data by any party with whom we share your Personal Data including any businesses, other entities and/or third-party service providers that we may conduct direct business-to-business sales with. Where you require us to provide Personal Data to any third party, it shall be your responsibility to read the privacy policy of such parties before providing any Personal Data to them.

      3. You, as a User, may not disclose personal data of our delivery bees and/or supporting staff to any third parties except to facilitate delivery of the products that you have ordered (such as to a family member who will receive the products on your behalf).

    8. Disclaimer

      1. The Platform is delivered to you on an “as is” basis and although honestbee Suntec Concierge Services has used its best endeavours to ensure that the webpage will work properly on your mobile device, honestbee Suntec Concierge Services does not warrant the performance of the Platform nor the compatibility of the webpage with your mobile device.

      2. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services is a logistics platform service and the services provided are part of the on-demand sharing economy. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services makes no guarantee of the availability of the Services, the availability of vehicles through the use of the Services, the accuracy of the data or information provided as part of the Services or the quality of the services of our participating deliverers.

      3. honestbee Suntec Concierge Services shall not be liable for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever including any consequential, indirect, incidental damages or any loss of profit or damages to your mobile device as a result of your use of the Services or your installation and / or execution of the Platform even if honestbee or its representative has been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage or claim.

      4. The foregoing limitations and exclusions apply to the extent permitted by law of the Republic of Singapore

    9. Charges

      1. All rates quoted on the Platform are nett rate inclusive of GST and all surcharges, as may be notified by honestbee Suntec Concierge Services from time to time.
